The Operations Support Analyst role is at the heart of the support we provide to our customers every day, handling queries, identifying issues and resolving issues.

Your responsibilities include:
Provide day-to-day customer support, resolving queries and issues via email & live chat
Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly, efficiently and patiently
Respond to customers in a timely, empathetic and transparent way
Maintain thorough and accurate customer records
Assist with customer security checks, including account verification and due diligence checks
Deal with and support customers regarding all aspects of responsible gaming
Assist customers with all payment related queries and daily tasks
Liaise with other areas of the company as well as any relevant third parties through appropriate channels
Outbound calls (no cold calling)

Confident manner, professionalism and a strong focus on delivering excellent customer service
A positive and adaptive individual, who responds well to the rapidly changing demands of the industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills – can explain complex information in a simple and easy to understand way
Strong attention to detail – can identify and analyse trends in customer feedback
Preferably has an interest in online casinos and/or passion for sports
Ability to learn new technology/system/applications quickly
Native English speaker
Intermediate IT skills with Knowledge of MS Office Suite
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Available to work night shifts in line with business needs
