Support Engineer

We’re looking for a Support Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad!

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Support Engineer to join our team. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical assistance and support to our valued customers and clients and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and network issues promptly. The ideal candidate is passionate about problem-solving, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

You will be responsible for

  • Weekly game release configurations and testing
  • Debugging and providing solutions for any game issues
  • Delivery of the game content to partners
  • Install, configure, and maintain software applications and hardware components according to customer requirements.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and solutions in our support ticketing system.
  • Create and update technical knowledge base articles, FAQs, and other support documentation to enable customers to resolve common issues independently.
  • Assist in testing and validating new software releases and updates to ensure compatibility and quality.
  • Continuously enhance your technical expertise and customer service skills through training, self-learning.

Essential skills & experience

  • At least one years’ experience in software support, demonstrating exceptional problem-solving abilities and customer service skills.
  • Analytical way of thinking and strong discipline
  • An accurate and structured way of working
  • Good Communication skills – Oral and Written ( English)
  • Interested to work as independent contributor, but works well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving technical issues using effective troubleshooting techniques.
